Shipping Destinations

Koocholoo currently ships to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

Free standard shipping is included for U.S. orders. Delivery usually takes approximately 5 to 7 business days after the order has shipped, although carrier delays may occasionally occur.

A tracking number will be provided once the package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, I may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me with your order information. For damaged items, include photographs of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.
