I carve each piece from solid beech wood using CNC, then hand-sand it and add laser detail to bring out the wing feathers, lion body, face, tail, braided border, and smaller carved lines. The wood is finished with shellac to help protect the surface and keep the natural grain visible.
This 7" x 7" x 0.5" wall art can stand alone or be paired with other Persian and ancient history pieces from my shop to build a small connected collection.
