Persian Rug Medallion – 3D Wood Carved Wall Art in Beech - Floral Square Relief - Made in USA

Looking for something truly unique to hang on your wall or give as a gift? This 7"x7" Persian Rug Medallion wall art is one of my favorite pieces to make. The design is inspired by the elegant floral medallions found in traditional Persian rugs, and it really stands out in wood.

I carve each piece from solid beech wood using a CNC machine for deep, bold relief. Then I go in and hand-sand every curve to make the design pop. The fine lines are laser-engraved to add delicate detail, and the whole piece is finished with shellac to give it a soft, natural sheen.
